Ingredients For sriracha hot wings

3 lbchicken wings

3/4 cflour
-
5 Tbspsriracha hot sauce

2 Tbsphoney
-
2 1/2 Tbspmelted butter

1 Tbspsesame oil
-
2 tspsesame seeds
-
1 tspblack pepper, cracked

1 tspsea salt
How To Make sriracha hot wings

1Heat your deep fryer to 375 with peanut oil.

2Place chicken into a plastic bag with flour and shake until wings are covered. You may need to do this in a couple of batches.

3Place half the wings gently into the deep fryer and cook eight to 10 minutes until light golden.

4Remove to a plate lined with paper towels and repeat with the second set of wings.

5Meanwhile in a large bowl combine sriracha, honey, sesame oil, butter, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.

6Add fried wings to bowl and toss to coat.

7Place on a baking sheet fitted with a wire rack. Bake for 25 minutes on 350.
