Ingredients For sriracha chicken ramen

1 lbboneless skinless chicken breast cut into small cubes

1 Tbspsriracha sauce

64 ozchicken broth

4 clovegarlic

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbsplemongrass paste

1 Tbspchili paste

1 tspgrated ginger
-
2 pkgoriental flavored ramen noodles

1 cshiitake mushrooms stemmed and sliced

4green onions chopped

1 ccilantro chopped

2 smlimes juiced
How To Make sriracha chicken ramen

1Mix the chicken and Sriracha sauce together until well coated. Saute the chicken in oil until browned and almost done. Set aside.

2Add the chicken stock garlic, lemongrass paste, chili paste, ginger, soy sauce, and the seasoning packets from ramen noodles together in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add the mushrooms and green onions. Simmer 3 minutes. Stir in the ramen noodles and cook 4 minutes. Stir in the chicken.

3Add the lime juice and cilantro. Serve.
