Ingredients For spinach artichoke dip bacon stuffed chicken thighs

4 lgboneless skinless chicken thighs

salt and red pepper flakes

4 ozcream cheese softened

1/2 cfrozen spinach defrosted drained and squeezed dry

2 cgarlic minced
-
1/3 ccanned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
-
1 cmozzarella cheese divided
-
4strips precooked bacon cut in half

2 Tbspolive oil
-
fresh parsley chopped
How To Make spinach artichoke dip bacon stuffed chicken thighs

1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.

2Cut 5 slits in each chicken thigh not all the way through. Place on baking pan and season with salt and red pepper flakes to taste.

3Mix the cream cheese, spinach, garlic artichokes and 1/2 cup mozzarella together.

4Fill 3 slits on each chicken thigh with the dip alternating with a bacon slice in between. Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese and drizzle with olive oil

5Bake for 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley
