This is fast and easy dish that is delicious. I couldn't find Garden Gourmet Thai Seasoning so I used a little Garden Gourmet Lemongrass with some ground coriander and used a little extra garlic, ginger, and chili. Turned out great. Yum

1 lbchicken thinly sliced

2 Tbspgourmet garden thai seasoning

3 tspgourmet garden garlic

1 tspgourmet garden chili pepper

8 ozthai kitchen rice noodles

1 Tbspoil

1 cshredded carrots
-
1 bunchscallions chopped
-
2/3 csoy sauce
-
1/2 cbrown sugar
-
4 tspgourmet garden ginger

1lime juiced
-
2 tspsesame oil
-
fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make spicy thai chicken noodle bowl

1Mix the chicken with the Thai seasoning, Garlic and chili pepper. Let marinate for at least 2 hours. Can leave overnight.

2Cook noodles according to package. Drain and set aside.

3Heat oil in large skillet. Add the chicken and cook for 4 or 5 minutes. Stir in the scallions and cook 2 minutes.

4Mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, lime juice and sesame oil. Pour over chicken and cook 2 minutes. Add the noodles and stir in the carrots. Heat through and serve garnished with cilantro.
