Ingredients For spicy mardi gras stew

1 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1"-chunks

1 lbsmoked turkey kielbasa, cut into 1"-slices

1/2 lbmedium shrrimp, peeled, deveined

128 oz can crushed tomatoeas, undrained

1-3/4 cchicken broth
-
1 cuncooked whole grain rice
-
1/2 cchicken broth

1 lggreen bell pepper, chopped
-
1 lgred bell pepper, chopped

1 lgonion, chopped
-
4 tspcajun seasoning

1 tspgarlic powder
How To Make spicy mardi gras stew

1In lg soup pot, over medium heat. combine all ingredients, mix well.

2Cover, cook for 15 mins. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 35 min more, or until rice is fully cooked.

3Ladle into bowls and enjoy w/ some crusty French bread!
