My husband loved it, but I used almost 3 chipoltes and it was a bit too spicy for him. So I scaled it back to make it more pleasing to the pallet. I hope you enjoy it :)

Ingredients For spicy chipolte marinade

1-2chipoltes in adobo sauce

1/2shallot, chopped

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspred curry powder
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1lime, juiced

zest1/2 of the lime

zest1/2 of an orange
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
3 Tbspvegtable or olive oil

1 Tbspadobo sauce (optional)
How To Make spicy chipolte marinade

1Chop chipoltes, shallots and garlic into small pieces. Place in a bowl, add the other dry ingredients,zest 1/2 the lime and 1/2 the orange, squeeze the juice from 1 lime add the oil and the salt and pepper and whisk together. You can add the adobo sauce after you whisk it together if you want a little more kick to the marinade.

2Pour marinade in a plastic resealable bag add meat and marinade for 1-2 hours. Enjoy :)
