Ingredients For spiced coconut grilled chicken

2 lbboneless chicken breast (cut in 1inch squares)

1 lbthinly sliced bacon

1 ccoconut milk
-
1 tspsalt (or to best suit your taste)

1 tspblack pepper
-
1 Tbspbasil paste or fresh basil (chopped)

1/2 tspboullion
-
1 Tbspdill, fresh (chopped)

1 Tbspginger

1 Tbsponion
How To Make spiced coconut grilled chicken

1Blend all ginger, onion, bouillon, basil paste, black pepper and salt together with coconut milk and set aside.

2Wrap chicken with bacon and skew with a wooden skewer or metal skewer if you decide to grill on open fire.

3Dredge the chicken in the coconut mixture and allow to soak the juices for about 30 minutes.

4Grill for about 20 minutes in 380 degrees oven or on your grill. FYI, charcoal grill adds an awesome flavor to this.

5Garnish with chopped dill.
