1 cflour

1/2 tspeach ground coriander, cumin, cardamom, garlic powder, paprika, nutmeg.

How To Make spiced chicken livers

1Place the livers on paper towels to dry them. Mix the flour with the spices together.

2Place oil in a pan or use a deep fryer. Dredge the livers in the flour mixture. Then fry until crisp. Serve with parsley and flake sea salt
