Ingredients For spice-y chicken thighs

  • 2 1/2 lb
    chicken thighs
  • 2/3 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp
    margerine

How To Make spice-y chicken thighs

  • 1
    Combine, flour,cinnamon,garlic salt and curry powder. Brush thighs with lemon juice.

    Roll thighs in flour mixture to coat. Melt margerine in a large skillet. Brown chicken slowly on both sides.

    Mix remaining flour with water and pour over chicken. Cook over low heat (30-40 minutes) until chicken is tender. Enjoy !!
