3 Tbspbutter

1/2 csour cream

pinchsummer savory, dried

5/8 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspseasoned pepper

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 ccroutons, seasoned and crushed

4chicken breasts, boneles and cut in 1/2" strips

2 cspaghetti squash, cooked

3 Tbspparsley, fresh and chopped

3 Tbspred bell pepper, chopped

1/4 ccelery, chopped
-
1/3 cleeks, chopped
-
1 cmushrooms, freshly sliced

2 ozswiss cheese, shredded
How To Make spaghetti squash and chicken skillet casserole

1Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms and next 4 ingredients, then cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until tender.

2Add spaghetti squash and next 6 ingredients, cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Stir in sour cream, cook, stirring constantly, just until thoroughly heated; remove from heat.

4Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand for 1 minute.

5To bake, prepare mixture according to directions and spoon into a lightly greased 1.5 quart casserole dish.

6Cover and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
