Ingredients For sour cream enchilada

  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can
    chop green chilles
  • 5-6
    chop green onions
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 16 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • flour tortillas
  • 2 can
    chicken breast shredded optional

How To Make sour cream enchilada

  • 1
    Mix together cream of chicken soup, green chilles, green onions and sour cream, can chicken if adding In 9x13 dish spread 2-3 tbls of mixture on bottom of dish. Put 2-3 tbls of mixture in flour tortilles top with cheese-roll up put into casserole dish. With leftover mixture pour over top of dish Bake 350 until hot and bubbly than add cheese on top bake until cheese melts. Toppings shredded lettuce salsa,etc..
