Ingredients For soft chicken tacos

2 lbbonless, skinless chicken thighs

1/2 bottlemrs. dash mesquite grille marinade

2poblanos, sliced

1 lgred bell pepper, sliced

1sweet onion, sliced

4-6baby portabello mushrooms, sliced

flour tortillas
-
12-16 ozcheddar cheese, grated (or your fav mexican cheese)

salsa, sour cream
How To Make soft chicken tacos

1If possible marinade chicken in Mrs. Dash marinade mix overnite, but at least for a few hours if possible. Slice veggies.

2Grill chicken and veggies seperate till done. Slice chicken thinly.

3Heat tortillas and assemble taco with all your favorite toppings.

4Grate cheese, top with salsa and sour cream.
