This is a great recipe for working people when you have leftover chicken. Also, great comfort food in winter!

Ingredients For smothered chicken with pierogies

1dozen mrs. t's frozen potatoe pierogies (or any brand you like)

1 cancream of chicken soup (i use lowfat)

1 cansliced mushrooms drained (can leave out)

2 ccooked cubed or shredded chicken

1 cfrozen peas
How To Make smothered chicken with pierogies

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2 qt casserole with cooking spray. Thaw pierogies in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain and place in casserole dish. In large saucepan, combine soup, mushrooms, peas and chicken. Cook stirring about 5 mins just until heated. pur over pierogies and bake for 15 mins.
