Ok, ok this is another recipe that is very bad and I didn't want to add it. But my husband, Anthony insisted because he wants it in a cookbook. Probably because he wants to be able to make it. I have the recipe hidden in a folder marked old recipes inside another folder marked Kim's folder. I usually only make this 2 or 3 times a year and he wants a whole batch for himself but never gets it. LOL Go easy, this is high in sodium so if you are watching don't put too much hot sauce in. Plus with the cheese it is over the top. Savor the cheesy/chicken goodness with this one.

If you are not used to hot sauce, chipotle sauce and ancho chili pepper add them gradually and to taste. Go easy and taste test it.

Add all these ingredients to your crock pot and turn on medium heat until it all melts together. Stir and then taste. After adding your 4 oz. of hot sauce determine if you want it to have a little more heat and adjust to your liking. Once it is all melted turn on a low heat and keep in crockpot or else serve inside a bread bowl.

I personally love eating this with the pumpernickel bread and cauliflower. I just made this not too long ago for my husband's co-workers. It didn't even last an hour. lol...

June 21st, 2012 --- So, I was thinking today what else could I make with this dip for my nephew Rhyan and I thought what about a grilled sammie with it? Wow, he loved it and I made a small mini version for me and it was delish!!! Just another way to finish up this dip and have it different.
