Ingredients For slow cooker gypsy stew

2 can15 oz. each, garbanzo or navy beans, rinsed and drained (we leave these out by preference)

1 pkg10 oz. frozen spinach

1 lbchicken, boneless/skinless or pork tenderloin

2 can14-1/2 oz. each, chicken broth- 1/3 less sodium

1 cwater
-
1 candiced tomatoes, no salt added

1 lgsweet potato, peeled and cubed

1 lgonion, chopped

1red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped

2 tsppaprika
-
2 tspground cumin
-
1/4 tspsalt (optional)

8 dashfresh ground pepper

8 dashcayenne/hot sauce (optional)
How To Make slow cooker gypsy stew

1Add all ingredients to slow cooker

2Cover and cook on either LOW 10-11 hours or on HIGH for 5-6 hours. Serve with warm bread n butter
