    chicken drumsticks, skin removed
  • 1
    16 oz can whole craanberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    quick-cooking tapioca
  • 3 c
    hot cooked rice.

How To Make slow-cooker cranberry chicken

    Place chicken in a 4-quart slow-cooker.

    In bowl, stir together cranberry sauce, dry onion soup mix and tapioca. Pour sauce over chicken.

    Cover, cook on low for 5-6 hrs, or on high for 2-1/2-3 hrs. Serve chicken and sauce over rice. So yummy!
