Ingredients For slow cooker chicken teriyaki

3 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs cut into small pieces

1 csoy sauce
-
1 1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1/2 crice vinegar
-
1/4 cshaoxing wine
-
4 clovegarlic minced
-
1 Tbspginger peeled and minced

8 Tbspcornstarch
-
1/2 cwater
-
rice or noodles for serving
How To Make slow cooker chicken teriyaki

1Place the chicken in a slow cooker. Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, wine, garlic and ginger together.

2Pour over the chicken in the slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours.

3Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon. Place the sauce in a pot and bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and water together. Stir into the boiling mixture whisking until thick. Remove from the heat and stir in the chicken.

4Serve over rice or noodles.
