My family loves chicken and after going to a local restaurant and having chicken paprikash I knew I needed to learn to make it and add it to our regular family dinners. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family does.

Ingredients For slow cooker chicken paprikash and dumplings

3 Tbspall-purpose flour

2 lbskinless, boneless chicken breast

1 1/4 cchicken broth
-
1 cred bell pepper, chopped

1/2 ccarrot, shredded

2 Tbsphungarian sweet paprika

2 tspminced garlic
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspground black pepper
-
8 ozsliced mushrooms
-
1 1/4 csour cream
-
2 canrefrigerated biscuits
How To Make slow cooker chicken paprikash and dumplings

1Cut the chicken into 1/2-inch strips and coat well in flour.

2Put chicken, broth, chopped peppers, shredded carrots, Hungarian sweet paprika, garlic, salt, black pepper and sliced mushrooms in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

3Tear biscuits and toss on top of chicken paprikash. Cover again turning up the slow cooker to high for 30 minutes.

4Stir in sour cream.
