Ingredients For slow-cooker chicken cobbler

    16 oz pkg frozen mixed veggies, peas, carrots, etc.
  • 1 can
    reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    cream of potato soup
  • 2 c
    cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 c
    1% milk
  • 1-1/2 c
    bisquick heart healthy biscuit mix
  • 1/4 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1
    8 oz container lite sour cream

How To Make slow-cooker chicken cobbler

    In a 4-quart slow-cooker, combine mixed veggies, both soups, chicken, milk, poultry seasoning, and pepper.

    In lg bowl, combine biscuit mix and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in sour cream until soft dough forms. Drop dough by lg spoonfuls on top of chicken mix.

    Cover, cook on low for 6 hrs.
