Ingredients For slow cooker chicken bhuna

4boneless chicken thighs cut into 3 pieces each

1 lgonion chopped

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspgrated ginger
-
2 smjalapeno's seeded and chopped

2 tspeach, salt, garam masala, trumeric, coriander, cumin, & fenugreek

1/4 cbrown sugar
-
1/2 cwater
-
juice of 1/2 lemon
-
28 ozcan crushed tomatoes
-
3 Tbsptomato paste
-
2 Tbspcorn starch
-
basmati rice, naan and cilantro for serving
How To Make slow cooker chicken bhuna

1Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, & jalapenos. Mix the spices together and pour over the top of the chicken. Stir in the brown sugar.

2Pour in the water, lemon juice and crushed tomatoes. Stir in the tomato paste. Add the cornstarch and stir everything together. Cook on low for 6 hours.

3Serve over Basmati rice and lots of naan to soak up all the delicious sauce. Garnish with cilantro
