I made this last night for the first time. Not even sure where I got this recipe from, just know it looked good. A very big hit with the family. We ate ours with ranch dressing and cheddar cheese.

Any leftovers, you can turn the shredded meat into a Buffalo chicken dip by adding cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.

How To Make slow cooker buffalo chicken sandwiches

1Place the chicken into a slow cooker, pour in 3/4 of the wing sauce, and the ranch dressing mix. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Once the chicken has cooked, add the butter.

2Shred the meat finely with two forks.

3Pile the meat onto the hoagie rolls and splash with remaining sauce.
