Ingredients For slow-cooked cranberry chicken

1onion, thinly sliced

1 cfresh cranberries

12boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/4 cketchup

2 Tbsplight brown sugar

1 tspdry mustard
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
2 tspcider vinegar
-
1-1/2 Tbspcornstarch
-
2 Tbspcold water
How To Make slow-cooked cranberry chicken

1Combine onions and cranberries in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Place chicken on top. In bowl, combine next 5 ingredients. Whisk well. Pour over chicken.

2Cover cooker and cook on high for 1 hr. Reduce heat to low and cook 6 hrs. Transfer chicken to a platter and keep warm.

3In a lg measuring cup, whisk together cornstarch and water. Stir into cooker. Cook, uncovered on high for 15 mins, stirring often, until thickened. Pour sauce over chicken.
