Ingredients For sloppy chicken

  • 5 lb
    cut up chicken
  • flour
  • oil
  • sat and pepper
  • paprika

How To Make sloppy chicken

    Clean the cut up chicken, and dry.
  • 2
    Place in a large plastic bag with zipper, 2 cups of flour, tablespoon of paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

    Place chicken in bag, and shake it up until coated all over. Place the chicken, in a large skillet that has been heated over med. heat.

    Brown the chicken dark golden brown on both sides, and transfer to a roaster, when all is fried, and placed in roaster, add about 1/2 inch of water. Cover with lid and place in oven for 1 hour and 45 min. at 325 degrees farh. Makes its own gravey. The meat falls off the bone, thus sloppy chicken.
