Ingredients For sloppy chicken

5 lbcut up chicken

flour
-
oil
-
sat and pepper

paprika
How To Make sloppy chicken

1Clean the cut up chicken, and dry.

2Place in a large plastic bag with zipper, 2 cups of flour, tablespoon of paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

3Place chicken in bag, and shake it up until coated all over. Place the chicken, in a large skillet that has been heated over med. heat.

4Brown the chicken dark golden brown on both sides, and transfer to a roaster, when all is fried, and placed in roaster, add about 1/2 inch of water. Cover with lid and place in oven for 1 hour and 45 min. at 325 degrees farh. Makes its own gravey. The meat falls off the bone, thus sloppy chicken.
