8 .ozsour cream, fat-free

2.07 .lbchicken tenders, cut into chunks

1 Tbspcrack black pepper mayo

1/2 tsppepper

1 tspsalt

11/2 Tbspperfect pinch for vegetables by mccormick

11/2 Tbspgreek vinaigrette

1medium squash, sliced
-
1/2 conon, chopped
-
20brussel sprouts, sliced

14.5 oz. cancut green beans, drained

2liquid flavor boost, chicken flavr b swanson

1/3 cwater, add water as needed.

10.5 oz.grape tomatoes, sliced

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make skillet chicken dinner

1In a small bowl combine the sour cream and chicken: stir to combine.

2Add the next 5 ingredients, and stir. Cover and place in the refrigerator over night.

3Next day heat oil in a large deep skillet. Add the chicken, leaving some sauce on the chicken. Stir fry about 3 to 4 minutes.

4Add the onion, Brussel sprouts, green beans, and the squash, and the water.

5Add the 2 flavor boost chicken packets. Simmer for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

6Add the tomatoes slices, and simmer 3 more minutes.
