Ingredients For skillet chicken dinner

  • 8 .oz
    sour cream, fat-free
  • 2.07 .lb
    chicken tenders, cut into chunks
  • 1 Tbsp
    crack black pepper mayo
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 11/2 Tbsp
    perfect pinch for vegetables by mccormick
  • 11/2 Tbsp
    greek vinaigrette
  • 1
    medium squash, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    onon, chopped
  • 20
    brussel sprouts, sliced
  • 14.5 oz. can
    cut green beans, drained
  • 2
    liquid flavor boost, chicken flavr b swanson
  • 1/3 c
    water, add water as needed.
  • 10.5 oz.
    grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make skillet chicken dinner

    In a small bowl combine the sour cream and chicken: stir to combine.
  • 2
    Add the next 5 ingredients, and stir. Cover and place in the refrigerator over night.

    Next day heat oil in a large deep skillet. Add the chicken, leaving some sauce on the chicken. Stir fry about 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add the onion, Brussel sprouts, green beans, and the squash, and the water.

    Add the 2 flavor boost chicken packets. Simmer for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

    Add the tomatoes slices, and simmer 3 more minutes.
