Ingredients For shrimp cocktail- appetizer soup

  • 2 c
    knorr chicken broth
  • 1 c
    spicy cocktail sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    prepared horse radish sauce
  • 2 c
    diced cooked shrimp (about 10 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make shrimp cocktail- appetizer soup

    In a large bowl, combine chicken broth, cocktail sauce, lemon juice,horseradish and Worcestershire sauce.
    Stir in chopped shrimp and parsley.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Serve in a martini glasses and garnish withshrimp.
    To decorate glasses, wet rim with a lemon slice and dip in Lawreys seasoned salt.
