I make this at least once or two times a month. Today was my once a month. It's quick & yummy. I love the way to sauce soaks into the chicken. My brothers dont use a fork to eat this. It's all hands on for them. Gives a new meaning to "Finger Licking Good." LOL.

Ingredients For shoyu chickie

1 lbchicken thighs

1 cbrown sugar, lightly packed

1 1/2 cshoyu
-
2 cwater
-
2garlic cloves, sliced into chucnks

1/3 cgreen onions
How To Make shoyu chickie

1First in a large pot mix the shoyu, sugar & garlic togetger. Should be sweet but not to sweet.

2Next place in the chicken pieces & bring to a boil. Cook for about 30 to 35 mins. Make sure to stir often.

3Then right before serving add in the green onions.
