I like to use Japanese rice seasoning called furikake pronounced (furry cocky) Gives the rice a great flavor and amps up the chicken dish. Shoyu chicken is a main staple in Hawaii and is the Japanese version of soy sauce.

How To Make shoyu chicken

1Mix all the ingredients up to the chicken together until well blended. Add the chicken pieces and let marinate 1 to 2 hours.
