These noodles are called the miracle noodles, because they are guilt free noodles, with zero calories, soy free, Gluten Free, and are made here in the USA. I created this dish from ingredients I had on hand, and was really impressed with the flavor. This is the first time I have ever eaten or prepared them, but was willing to see what I could come up with since I am trying to loose weight. They were very flavorful and tasty. I was wishing I had chop sticks to practice eating them, but had to resort to a fork instead. I will be trying them again real soon.

Shirataki pasta is known for it's health benefits for 2000 years in China & Japan. Shirataki is made only from the soluble fiber of the plant, and is remarkably LOW IN CALORIES. It absorbs the flavors of any sauce you prepare. They are used as a pasta substitute.
