I found this recipe on paule deens web site. They were having a compition on all the ways you can use cream cheese. I tried so many of them but this was my absolute favorite so far!

Ingredients For sherrif chicken roll ups
- CHICKEN ROLL UPS

1-8 oz. pkgcream cheese

4 lgchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/2 cgreen onion
-
1 tsptarrogan
-
8 sliceturkey bacon
How To Make sherrif chicken roll ups

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2melt one tsp. of butter

3slice the chicken breasts in half length wise, so you will now have 8 pieces of chicken

4mix in a medium bowl, cream cheese, green onion and tarragon

5spread equal ammounts of cream cheese filling on one side of the chicken
-
6roll them up (starting with the small end roll gently to the wider end

7wrap a piece of bacon around the rolled up chicken

8place in ungreased baking dish and brush the tops with the melted butter

9place in oven for 30 mins...chicken cooks faster because they are thin pieces....Enjoy!!
