11/2 Tbspmirin, sweet cooking rice seasoning

2 clovegarlic

3 slicefresh ginger - quarter size

1 cchicken broth

1 Tbspoyster sauce

1 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium

1/2 Tbspsriracha. - chili sauce

1 Tbsppeanut oil
-
1 Tbspcorn starch

3 ccooked jasmine rice

How To Make chicken stir fry

1Cut chicken into strips, mince garlic and ginger. Put all three in a bowl, add Mirin and stir together and let marinate for 10-15 minutes

2While chicken marinates, mix chicken broth, oyster sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl and set aside. Heat wok or large skillet over med-high heat, add peanut oil and cook chicken till no longer pink showing

3Add chicken broth sauce to meat and heat through. Dissolve corn starch in 3 tbsp cold water, stir into wok to thicken, remove from heat. Spoon over cooked rice. Smile
