  • 6
    of your favorite pieces of chicken, mix it up if you like!
  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp
    dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion powder

How To Make shake it ~ then bake it ~ or ~ grill it ~ chicken

    In a shallow bowl, combine egg and milk together. In a plastic bag, combine cheese, bread crumbs, and all remaining spices.

    Dip chicken in the egg mixture. Then SHAKE, piece at a time, in crumb mixture to coat.

    BAKE chicken in a 350 degree oven, (using a pan with a rack) for 1 hour, or until chicken is done and juices run clear.

    * I've even used the indirect method, and cook the chicken on the grill! Turns out wonderful!
