A little Asian flair for these thighs. Try to use toasted sesame seeds, since they leave a more intense flavor. But if you can't, then regular sesame seeds are fine. Very low-cal also. Calories: 166 Fat: 1 gram Carbs: 9 grams.

Ingredients For sesmae-ginger bbq chicken thighs

  • 1/3 c
    sweet and sour sauce, i used kraft
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 3 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 6 lg
    chicken thighs, skinned.

How To Make sesmae-ginger bbq chicken thighs

    In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except chicken. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring often. Reduced heat and simmer 3 min. Remove from heat. Heat grill to medium over indirect heating. Place chicken on grill, grill 15 min, brushing w/ sauce. Turn chicken over, brush w/ sauce and grill another 10 min, or until no longer pink insede. Heat remaining sauce and serve w/ chicken.
