2chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2/3 cbread crumbs, seasoned

1 csesame seeds

2-3 Tbspflour

1 lgegg
-
2 Tbspmilk

2 Tbspcanola oil

salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsplite mayonnaise

1 Tbspketchup

1 tspyellow mustard

2 tsplite soy sauce
How To Make sesame coated chicken fingers

1Heat oven to 375. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Slice chicken into thin strips.

2In a shallow bowl, mix milk and egg. In another shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Place flour in a separate bowl.

3Coat chicken w/ flour. Dip chicken into egg mix, then coat w/ crumbs. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle chicken w/ oil. Bake 20-25 mins, or until crispy. meanwhile, in bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and soy sauce. Serve dipping sauce w/ chicken.
