This is so good. I tried many different combinations of Asian ingredients to replicate sesame chicken and this one is the best.

Ingredients For sesame chicken

10boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks

1/4 csoy sauce

1 lgegg beaten

1/2 cwhite rice flour

oil for deep frying
- SAUCE

1 ccornstarch

1/2 cwater

8 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspginger grated

2 cdark brown sugar

1 csoy sauce

1/2 crice vinegar

1/2 cshaoxing wine or dry sherry

2 cchicken broth

1/2 dashmirin

4 Tbspoyster sauce

How To Make sesame chicken

1Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside For the chicken heat the oil until 350 degrees. Mix the egg and soy sauce together. Pour over chicken pieces. Sprinkle the rice flour over the chicken and mix well.

2Deep fry the chicken in batches until done about 3 minutes.

3Place the sauce ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and let thicken. Stir in the chicken. Serve with rice and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
