Ingredients For sesame chicken

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspdry sherry

1/4 tspsesame oil

2 Tbspeach flour, cornstarch and water

2boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes

oil for deep frying
- SAUCE

1 1/2 cchicken stock
-
2 Tbspchinese black vinegar or white vinegar if you cant get a hold of chinese black vinegar

1 cbrown sugar
-
1/4 ccornstarch
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 tspsesame oil
-
2 tspgarlic chili paste
-
2 Tbsptoasted sesame seeds (optional)

1/4 cfresh cilantro chopped (optional)
How To Make sesame chicken

1Combine the 2 tbsp soy sauce, dry sherry, 1/4 tsp sesame oil, flour, cornstarch and water together. Mix well stir in chicken cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

2Heat deep fryer to 375 degrees.

3Meanwhile combine all ingredients for sauce together in a med saucepan. bring to a boil stirring constantly reduce to a simmer and simmer on low until thickened and warm though. Keep warm

4Cook the chicken in batches in deep fryer. Drain on paper towels. Pour sauce over top sprinkle with sesame seeds if using them or cilantro. Serve over rice.
