Ingredients For seafood & sausage gumbo

1/2 lbandouille sausage
-
1 lgonion, chopped.
-
1 lggreen bell pepper, chopped
-
114-1/2 oz can chopped tomatoes w/ chiles
-
1-1/4 cwater
-
1/2 clong grain white rice, uncooked
-
2 tspminced garlic
-
1-1/2 tspcajun seasoning
-
1 lbmedium shrimp, peeled, deveined
How To Make seafood & sausage gumbo

1Spray a lg pot w/ cooking spray, place over high heat. Add sausage, onion & green bell pepper. Cook, stirring for 5 min. Add tomatoes, water, rice, garlic and cajun seasoning. Stir. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 15 min, or until rice is tender. Stir in shrimp. Return to boil. Reduce heat, simmer, covered for about 3 min, or until shrimp are pink.
