Ingredients For scalloped chicken spaghetti casserole

1/3 cbutter

1/4 conion, chopped

1garlic clove, chopped

1 cmushroom, sliced (about 1/4 pound)

1/4 cflour
-
2 cchicken stock
-
salt and pepper

2-3 ccooked chicken, diced

1 cstewed tomatoes
-
1/4 lbcheddar cheese, grated

8-9 ozspaghetti noodles, cooked according to pkg. instructions

1/2 cbuttered breadcrumbs

1 dashpaprika
How To Make scalloped chicken spaghetti casserole

1Heat butter and add onions, garlic and mushrooms - cook about 10 minutes or until soft and lightly browned.

2Add flour and stir until blended; slowly add stock and stir over low heat until thick and smooth; season to taste.

3Add chicken, tomatoes & cheese. Arrange chicken mixture and cooked spaghetti noodles in layers in a greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs and a dash of paprika.

4Bake in a moderate oven (375 degrees F) about 25 minutes or until browned.
