This is a great chicken dish for the fall. The cranberry sauce gives the chicken a nice zip.

    boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1
    16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    quick-cooking tapioca
  • 3 c
    hot cooked rice

How To Make saucy cranberry chicken

    Place chicken in a 4-quart slow cooker. In bowl, stir together cranberry sauce, onion soup mix and tapioca.

    Pour sauce over chicken. Cover, cook on low for 5 hrs. Or on high for 3 hrs. Serve chicken w/ sauce over rice.
