Ingredients For sante fe chicken

  • 1 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 4
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 can
    (10 1/2 oz) condensed tomato soup
  • 1/4 c
    shredded chedder or monterey jack cheese

How To Make sante fe chicken

    Mix flour and chili powder. Coat chicken with flour mixture.

    In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside. Pour off fat.

    Add soup. heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle with cheese.
