Ingredients For sante fe chicken

1 Tbspall purpose flour

1 Tbspchili powder

4chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 can(10 1/2 oz) condensed tomato soup

1/4 cshredded chedder or monterey jack cheese
How To Make sante fe chicken

1Mix flour and chili powder. Coat chicken with flour mixture.

2In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside. Pour off fat.

3Add soup. heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle with cheese.
