Ingredients For santa fe chicken

1/2 cchicken broth

1/4 cfresh lime juice

1 Tbspsugar

1 Tbspchili powder

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

2 tspdijon mustard

1 lbchicken breast halves, skinned and boned (4-4 ounce breast halves)

1 tspfresh cilantro, chopped
How To Make santa fe chicken

1Combine the first 9 ingredients in a shallow dish or storage bag; add the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator up to 30 minutes.

2Place the chicken and marinade in a large nonstick skillet; bring the marinade to a boil.

3Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, foro 5 to 6 minutes or until the chicken is done. Sprinkle with chopped ciilantro.
