Ingredients For rosemary roasted chicken with potatoes

  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    crushed rosemary leaves
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic (i add more!!!)
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 6
    bone in chicken thighs, skin removed (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 1/2 lb
    small red potatoes, cut in 1" cubes
  • 1/2 tsp
    coarsely ground black pepper

How To Make rosemary roasted chicken with potatoes

  • 1
    Mix oil, all of the spices and salt in large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes, toss to coat. Arrange in single layer of 15x10x1" cookie sheet sprayed with PAM. Roast at 425 degrees 30 min or until chicken cooked through and potatoes tender, turning potatoes occasionally.
