Ingredients For rosemary roasted chicken with potatoes

2 tsppaprika

1 1/2 tspcrushed rosemary leaves

1 tspminced garlic (i add more!!!)

2 Tbspolive oil

6bone in chicken thighs, skin removed (about 2 pounds)

1 1/2 lbsmall red potatoes, cut in 1" cubes

1/2 tspcoarsely ground black pepper
How To Make rosemary roasted chicken with potatoes

1Mix oil, all of the spices and salt in large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes, toss to coat. Arrange in single layer of 15x10x1" cookie sheet sprayed with PAM. Roast at 425 degrees 30 min or until chicken cooked through and potatoes tender, turning potatoes occasionally.
