6chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1brie, monterey jack, cheddar, or swiss

1 pkgdried cranberries (2 cups)

1 lgonion chopped in small pieces

1 cancampbells cream of chicken soup

1 stickbutter

1(8 oz) cream cheese
-
1 canmushroom soup

dash of powdered rosemary on each chicken breast
How To Make cranberry, brie, rosemary, and chicken roll ups

1Pound 6 chicken breasts between saran wrap, baggie, or waxed paper. Make the Chicken thin.

3Season the Chicken Breasts with garlic, black pepper, and a dash of rosemary, and salt.

4Add any kind of cheese you would like with this recipe starting with Brie, Monterey Jack, Swiss, or Cheddar. Place the cheese on the inside of the Chicken Breasts and then add the Cranberries. Than roll up the Chicken Breasts.

5Place the Chicken in the casserole dish and pour 1 cup of sauce over each rolled up Chicken Breast. Cook for 30 minutes till bubbly and the cheese is melted. 350 degrees for 30 minutes
