2 tspcanola oil

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 tspdried rosemary, crushed

How To Make rosemary chicken

1Flatten chicken to 1/4inch thickness. In a non stick skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Sprinkle with lemon juice, rosemary, oregano and pepper. 2 servings
