Ingredients For root beer pulled pork

2 lquality root beer (ie a&w, mug, barq's)

1pork shoulder, pork butt, chicken breast or thighs, or beef roast (i tend to buy whatever is on sale! any meat will work!)

1 bottlefavorite bbq sauce
How To Make root beer pulled pork

1Trim excess fat from the meat and place into crockpot

2Pour root beer to cover meat. Cook for 8+ hrs or until very tender

3Pull meat from crockpot and reserve juices.

4Shred meat apart and put back into crockpot to keep warm

5Add your favorite bbq sauce and cooking juices to the meat to your taste preferences

6Serve meat on rolls with coleslaw
