    root beer
  • 3/4 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 8
    skinless and boneless,chicken breast halves
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 c
    corn flakes cereal
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    dried crushed thymes

How To Make root beer-oven fried chicken?

    Pour the root beer,brown sugar and pepper into a resealable plastic bag.Add the chicken breasts,coat with the marinade,squeeze out excess air,and seal the bag.Marinate in the refrigerated for at least 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Sprayed a baking sheet with cooking spray.

    In a medium bowl,combine flour and italian seasoning,mix well with a fork.

    Place the cornflake cereal in another resealable plastic bag and crush them into fine crumbs.Add panko bread crumbs and thymes,and mix thoroughly.

    Remove the chicken pieces from marinade,pour the marinade into the large mixing bowl and set aside.
