Ingredients For roasting chicken

  • 3-4 lb
    fryer
  • 1
    garlic clove cut in half
  • 2-3
    sprig of freah rosemary
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 c
    home made chicken stock
  • 1
    lemon
  • 1
    onion cut into 4's

How To Make roasting chicken

  • 1
    Clean chicken and pat dry any excess water with a paper towel.Place chicken in 9x13 glass dish. put 3 pcs.of lemon and onion half the garlic and rosemary and in the cavity of chicken put remainding in the glass dish. Put the salt and pepper on chicken and use the butter as a rub for the chicken. Put 1 cup of chicken stock in bottom of dish

    Place chicken in pre-heated oven @ 400 bake for 1hours 45 Minutes or until thermometer read 165. Enjoy
