1 Tbspolive oil

1 lgonion chopped

1 cchopped carrots

1 csliced celery

2 clovegarlic minced

1/2 cuncooked wild rice

2 (14) ozcans vegetable broth

1 clong grain rice, uncooked

2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley
How To Make rice twice pilaf

1Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add onion, carrots, celery and garlic. Cook until tender

2Add wild rice and vegetable broth. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.

3Add white rice. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done. Stir in parsley

4TIP: Turn this recipe into a delicious main dish, add cubed chicken.
