Ingredients For rice cooker jambalaya

  • 2 c
    raw rice
  • 1 stick
    oleo
  • 1 can
    ro-tel tomatoes
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce
  • 1 can
    beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    tony's creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1
    onion chopped
  • 1
    bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped parsley
  • use one of the following:
  • 2 lb
    crawfish tails
  • 2 lb
    shrimp
  • 1 1/2 lb
    sausage (smoked)
  • 1 1/2 lb
    chicken pieces ,cubed

How To Make rice cooker jambalaya

    Place all of the above ingredients into electric rice cooker;cover and cook, stirring occasionally.

    After cooked, let steam on warm for about 10 minutes.
