Ingredients For reethy's kung po chicken
- FOR CHICKEN PREP., YOU WIL NEED

2 cchopped quater size chicken pieces

2egg whites room temp.

1/2 ccorn starch
- FOR KUNG PO SAUCE. YOU WIL NEED.

1/2 csoy sauce, light
-
1 sticksesame seed oil
-
2 Tbsporange juice, frozen concentrate
-
1 tspred pepper flakes
-
1or2shakes of cyanne pepper
-
1/4 cagave syrup or honey
-
1/4 cbarbecue sauce
-
2 clovegarlic
-
1 or 2 Tbspgrated ginger
-
1 smscallion
How To Make reethy's kung po chicken

1heat oil to 360 F (for frying)

2Beat egg whites till frothy
-
3Add corn starch to egg mix just until incorperated together (do not deflate eggs)

4Add all chicken to egg mixture mix well,

5fry in oil until done and golden brown (aprox. 4 min.) drain chicken on paper towel, set aside

6In bowel mix ALL ingredient for sauce, mix well
-
7In clean skillet, (over medium heat) Add cooked chicken.

8Add sauce over chicken and heat to desired temp. Serve over your choice of rice. ENJOY !
