Ingredients For red wine chicken stew

8chicken thighs

2 lgonions chopped

6 clovegarlic minced

2 cchicken stock

1/2 bottlered wine good quality

1 cmushrooms chopped

3carrots sliced

6 oztomato paste

2bay leaves
-
2 sprigeach rosemary and thyme

1/2 cfresh parsley chopped

2 Tbspoil

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make red wine chicken stew

1Add oil to large skillet fry chicken until golden in batches remove from pan. Add onions and garlic and saute until softened. Add chicken back to pan.

2Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 1 hour.

3Remove bay leaves and sprigs of thyme and rosemary. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles
